Location and access
At the intersection of regional corridors
The park is located between the Budapest–Miskolc railway line to the east and main road no. 3, with the Hejő stream and commercial zone to the west. It is near the Auchan department store, Avalon International School and other commercial facilities.
Budapest, Debrecen, Košice, Bratislava and Uzhhorod, as well as international airports, are within a few hours’ drive. City bus services provide public transport that can be adapted to investors’ needs.
Infrastructure
Development planned around investor needs
The development programme aims to provide essential infrastructure, strong transport links and clear ownership conditions. It is planned around expected investor needs, supporting new companies and the expansion of local businesses.
The 120-hectare greenfield project connected to the park has an asphalt-paved road, sidewalk, cycle path, roundabout and public lighting. Drinking water and sewage systems are in place, along with a rainwater channel, pumping station and stormwater storage.
Basic infrastructure is available throughout the new industrial area. Geothermal energy is also available to investors.

The 65-hectare Mechatronics Industrial Park was established within MIP. Its available land has all public utilities and is owned by the municipal asset manager.
